Tamaki's mother (unnamed yet) is the loving French woman with whom Tamaki's father fell in love during a trip. Rejected by the Suou family, she had to bring up Tamaki by herself. As sickly as she was, her son made his duty to look after her ever since he was very little, staying at home to play the piano for her in order to cheer her up.

Suou Yuzuru married very young, pressured by his mother since his father had died young. Despite being officially the Suou Patriarch, there's little he can do to oppose his mother's wishes. Still, he divorced his wife in an attempt to bring Tamaki and his mother to Japan (with no luck). He profoundly adores his son and enjoys picking on the boy's naiveness.

Tamaki's grandmother actually controls the Suou Empire from the shadows. She blackmailed Tamaki's mother in order to take him to Japan once the possibility of another heir was pretty much null. Just as with his mother, she refuses to accept Tamaki and constantly degrades him publicly. Amazingly, the boy doesn't bear any grudge against her.

Antoinette is Tamaki's lovable and rather hyper dog, who's said to take after her owner for obvious reasons. She often shows no manners towards Tamaki whatsoever and constantly jumps on his bed and enjoys licking her master. The boy is actually totally incapable of teaching her to behave appropiately, but it doesn't look like he cares much.

Kuma-chan is Tamaki's dear childhood (angry faced) teddy bear. He took it along when he moved to Japan and is seen repeatedly around the Host Club. He's obviously very attached to it and even makes hand-made fliers when he thinks it's been kidnapped. Still, he does not hesitate to lend it to others for moral support. Seriously.
