Raw Talent was opened the 30th of July, 2004 and it's the only Sugiyama Noriaki fanlisting approved by tfl.org. I've loved Non-tan ever since I first heard him as Sasuke in the Naruto anime, and I've followed his career ever since. Everytime he gets a new role, I get ecstatic... words cannot express my happiness for being able to run his fanlisting <3

This is the second layout for the fanlisting, featuring Non-tan with his hand-made Ishida portrait. Ah~ he's an artist! "Raw Talent" is also actually the second (and hopefully last) name for this FL... since the previous one sucked big time.
