Welcome to Sky is the Limit, the only AFL approved fanlisting for the sports shounen manga (and anime) Eyeshield 21, created by the great Inagaki Riichiro (story) and the talented Murata Yuusuke (art).
This American football themed series started its serialization in the pages of Weekly Shounen JUMP back in 2002 and is currently still on-going with more than 23 volumes out. Check the about section for more.
